Sad News: Producer Confirms TLC Has NOT Renewed A Spinoff For Christine & Janelle!
There has been a notable change in the dynamics of the Sister Wives show. Christine, Janelle, and Meri are no longer a part of the Brown family and have started a new phase in their lives. Hence, regular watchers were skeptical if the reality show would be able to continue or not.
Many fans suggested that creating a spinoff would be a better option. However, it seems that the makers have a better plan as they straight away denied all the demands of the spinoff. But why did they refuse?
Sister Wives: No Spinoff For Janelle & Christine? Producer Confirms!
Janelle and Christine’s bond have justified the true meaning of Sister Wives over the years. Fans have loved their friendship and now want the network to give them their own show. Evidently, several reports were claiming that TLC is planning to make a spinoff that would exclusively feature Janelle and Christine’s life after their divorce.
However, don’t get your hopes high, as the showrunner Chris Poole has made it clear that they aren’t working on a spinoff for now.

In a conversation with Variety, Chris Poole admitted that he would “love” to do a spinoff of the show. He believes that the audience would also be interested in knowing what is happing in the stars’ lives. There is a clear opportunity to create a spinoff as well. But as per Poole, for now, TLC is focusing on Sister Wives, and their main agenda is to capture footage for the original show.
Of late, many fans have noticed that Christine and Janelle haven’t referenced one another in a period of time.
We haven’t seen any social media photos of the reality stars in the same place. Neither has tagged the other in any recent post.
The friendship appears to have died down to some extent, which may just be an organic outcome for two people with busy lives.
Or may be a sign of something more. Have Janelle and Christine have some kind of falling out?

To be frank, we don’t know. But to take an educated guess? We doubt it.
