The two announced it together and Noah later admitted that she asked him to move out of their house. He has since kept fans updated on the situation. Noah Brown Hires Attorney In Divorce Case
Noah Brown has been updating fans on Instagram but has since moved his updates to TikTok. He released a new video on that social media platform in which he thanked many of his fans for their support and advice. He asked them not to insult the “mother of his children” before revealing what was happening now.
Noah said he had spoken to lawyers, who told him he could move out and it wouldn’t affect custody of his kids. This refers to fans on Instagram who claimed that if he moved out as Rhain demanded, she could charge him with abandonment and get the kids. He said the lawyers said that is not a concern.
The lawyers said that his moving out could affect who gets their house. He said, in this case, he doesn’t even want it if it ends in divorce. He said if they divorce, he doesn’t want the house. He said he appreciated everyone telling him to get a lawyer. They basically told him that if he didn’t mind losing the house, he had nothing to worry about.
He also admitted that he was looking to get a new place to live near Rhain and the boys. As for his kids, Noah said that Rhain won’t allow him to have them on TikTok anymore, so there will be no updates about them there. However, she is okay with him updating info about his kids on Instagram and Facebook.

Noah Brown said that if they do get divorced, he would be happy to let her have the house in Washington. He said he would get the island home in Alaska. Fans who watched the last season of Alaskan Bush People saw Noah find a new home in Alaska. He said they would live in Washington until the kids were out of school, and the Alaskan island would be their retirement home.
