During episode 18 of the show, the couple heatedly argued after Joe told about his friendship with ex-girlfriend Jill. According to him, Jill has been his friend for the last fifteen years, and he dated her once.
Although Joe highlighted that it was all past, Magda didn’t listen to him and got furious. She hated that her boyfriend hid such an important detail about his life with her. She felt he might have been taking more care of Jill than her, saying he might still have feelings for her. However, Joe confronted her and stated that he cared for Magda.
Without much thinking, Magda asked Joe to prove his loyalty by choosing between her and Jill. Instead of replying to her, Joe asked whether she would consider having Jill as her friend.
